How to pay
Invoicing and payment are arranged by bank transfer. There is no card checkout on this site. An account is activated by the operator of this installation once the invoice is settled.
Payment in flight is not treated as non-payment: a subscription keeps working for 7 days past its end date while a transfer clears.

What stops if a subscription lapses
Creating new routes and adding new trucks. Nothing else: every route, truck, customer, report and delivery document already in the account stays readable, drivers can still finish work in progress, and nothing is ever deleted. Activation is immediate and reverses all of it.
